A Quick Catch-up

I feel obligated to do the quickest catch-up of our summer so far so I can get to our very dramatic moment that happened today. So with that intro.... ::inhale deeply::... I'll begin.

Rex has been traveling every week to D.C. so we've been keeping tabs on each other with pictures we take throughout our day to show each other what we're doing at that moment. Here I am with Sam at the park.

Sam and Aiden had more fun playing in the picnic table than they did on the actual playground. In their defense, it was hot that day.

Aiden discovered a new way to cut his food at the dinner table.

We splashed around at an AWESOME park. I love Sam's chicken nugget hanging out of his mouth in the pic.

Spent lots of time playing in the yard.

Got lots of luvins' from the neighborhood kids.

And we got our family pictures taken...

Aiden was quite the grump for these pictures. It didn't help that he was having major allergy issues during the photo shoot. The one and only smile we have of him is photo-shopped in.
