The Dreaded Pregnant Picture

 

Yes, here I am in all my glory.  Sorry for the fake smile.  It was kind of an awkward moment for me. 

 

We've decided on a name:

Cade Robert Phillips

 

Cute huh?? As far as I can tell, he's a pretty mellow baby already.  He doesn't kick me too much to make it hurt and he gets the hiccups a ton.  I'm just thrilled that he's stayed in place longer than Sam did.  My goal is to keep him in as long as possible so he can be born CHUBBY.  As good a goal as that is, though, my body is singing the 3rd Trimester Blues big time.  My legs fall asleep if I'm in a weird position for too long; I get heartburn regularly; I'm exhausted an hour after waking up; I suffocate trying to put on my pants or shoes; my tummy muscles constantly ache; and my butt is huge. 

Rex has been an awesome husband though out all this.  He shows his love by buying me a hand grabber pick-up tool and a dustbin with a long handle so I don't have to bend down as much. :) hahaha  But really, he helps out with the boys when he's done working even though he's exhausted and tired of taking orders.  And he's cooked us dinner almost every night since he's been home.  AND he does the dishes.  AND he massages my back when I complain about it.  He's such a good man and I am SO grateful that he's MY man. :) 

 

I'm just so happy that little Cade can come into our family in just 5 weeks with his own personality and quirks.  We're so excited to meet him!
