Three Little Ghosts

The looks on Aiden and Sam's faces say it all: THEY ARE SO EXCITED FOR HALLOWEEN!!  Every time we'd go outside, they'd run down to our neighbors houses and admire their Halloween decorations.  I figured I should probably do something as well so I made these ghosts for our front porch (just upside down tomato cages draped with a sheet - thank you, Pinterest!) and I am so glad I did.  The boys are just so adorable when they're excited!  Talk about motivation to keep the house decorated this holiday season, even though it's the last thing I feel like doing, being 9 months pregnant and all.

I topped it all off with some jack-o-lantern light toppers.  There's lights draped inside the ghosts so it's the boys' job every night to plug them in so our ghosts will glow.  How magical!

 

 

Aiden is especially ecstatic about our new additions.  So much in fact that he woke up at 4:30am the other morning, snuck out the garage by opening the van and using its garage button, and running around to the front of the house so he could admire them again.  At least he came back inside when he was done.  He snuggled up in bed with us because he was cold and told us all about his little adventure.
