Basement Project: The Final Stages

First we finally finished hanging the drywall and got our contractor friend to mud and texture the walls.

Then I hosed and mopped all the icky drywall dust and paste off the floors.

Then Sam and I went to Home Depot and got painting supplies, which became the coolest toys of the day.

Then we picked out our couches for the theater and got a killer deal.

The comfiest and biggest beanbags arrived for extra seating.

We started painting...

Then we trimmed and painted and stained and cut and everything else to put the finishing details on. Our goal is to have the theater working for a Thanksgiving movie with Rex's family. THANK YOU FOR ALL YOUR HELP, PHILLIPS CLAN!! We couldn't have done all this without you! See ya Thursday!
