Random November Happenings

The morning walks to school are getting colder and colder and farther in between.  We've been finding ourselves running too late to take the trail, so I've been dropping the boys off instead.
Cade's been able to walk with us instead of riding in the stroller more and more.  It takes about twice as long, but at least he's exploring nature and discovering the world!

I was finally released from being the Primary Chorister after 5 years!  It was the best calling, but it'll be good to be around adults more.  Now I'm the ward choir director and a visiting teacher supervisor.

I found this on the front door one morning.  After asking a few questions, we found out that Aiden put it there so more birds would come to our house. :-)

My piano students played for the elderly at Brookside Nursing Home this month.  It was Aiden's first time to perform in front of others, and boy was he excited!

Sam couldn't play the piano at the nursing home because he was sick, poor lil' doofer.

Aiden fixed his hair all on his own this Sunday and wanted me to take a picture of it to show Auntie Mo. :)

How cool is it that Aiden can now read books to his brothers at story time now??

Aiden and Sam had fun making some masks with the K'Nex.

Trying to get out and enjoy the last sunny day before the snow starts coming!

Sam, Cade, and I walked to the park down the road while Aiden was still in school to get some sunshine.  (Some parent who was here before us had a sense of humor - look at the words behind Sam in this picture. hahaha "Take a nap")

Aiden read a book in school about making tortillas, so we made tortillas for dinner one evening.  He was so excited and they turned out pretty good!  I love how he wants to try new things.
