One Quirky Cute Sambo

"This" month - November - Sam turned 18 months old. He has always been such a sweet, melancholy little guy, but he does have his quirks. Here's a few:

Sam loves to savor his food. Each little piece of cereal is given its savored time in his drooly little mouth. It takes him about 45 minutes to complete one bowl of cereal.

Sam loves people - especially his Daddy. "Dad, you awake?? How 'bout now?" He loves to look into people's eyes and give them kisses. And he loves to be held and cuddled with his head resting on your shoulder. Such a little love bug.

Sam loves to imitate. He is already imitating lots of words and actions that I do or say around the house. And he loves music. Sam likes to play the piano, sing his own songs, and dance in very exaggerated side sways with both arms extended. He really feels the music!

And Sambo LOVES his bottles of milk. The pediatrician says that I give him too much milk, but I can't help myself - it just makes him so happy! We are trying to ween him off the bottle, though, so whenever he does get a bottle it really makes his day. He's a "cabinet drinker" (shown above) since he can't really open closet doors yet. ;)

We love you, Sam, in all your 18-month glory!!
