7 Months Old - It's All About the ROLLS!

This was bound to happen, but I have no idea what happened to Cade's 6 months pictures.  I have a very bad idea that I deleted them off my camera thinking they were already on the computer when, in fact, they were not.  So we're skipping right on to 7 months.

Cade is still the happiest baby ever.  He's put a lot of effort and energy into eating as much milk and baby food as possible so he can win the Fattest Baby Contest.  His favorite food is still oatmeal with the occasional peach puree mixed into it.  Just like all people, fat babies are jolly babies.

He's getting so big!  That poor bear's face is almost covered up now.

I think I finally took a head shot that is worthy of the baby wall in our upstairs hallway.  Welcome to the family, Cade.  At last.

It was much trickier taking his monthly picture this time around since he has a fetish for paper now.  He kept trying to eat the sign, and I finally let him have it after the teddy bear pics were done.

And this little dude is already showing signs that he wants to CRAWL!  He can get his knees underneath him, and he can scoot back, but the whole moving-forward thing frustrates him like no other.  He wouldn't even smile for the picture or look up - that's how focused he was.

He got a kick out of kicking the closet door.  It made him laugh to hear the banging sound so he'd kick harder out of laughter, which then made more banging sounds.  It was an adorable giggle cycle.  Here's the pics I took of his face when he was doing that:

Yes, he is so cute, and he KNOWS it!

And finally, I saved the best part for last - Cade's ROLLS!  He has definitely reached Michelin Baby status. I just can't resist taking diaper-less (but modest) shots of him because of the rolly goodness.

I've been playing catch up on your blog! Love the Oklahoma family pictures! What a beautiful family! And I love Cade's rolls! I haven't had a baby with rolls yet--so cute! But my Rachael is super happy, like Cade sounds. I like the teddy bear picture idea, i should have done something like that. Anyways, glad you guys are doing well!
